Portfolio introduction
For 15 years, I’ve helped organisations build skills, lead change and bring new systems to life.
This portfolio brings together three kinds of work:
AI-powered practice. Leaders rehearse real conversations in a safe space, from leading AI change to managing a team member who applied for their role.
Articulate 360 e-learning. Complex content turned into engaging, scenario-based courses ready for any LMS.
Video and multimedia. Bite-sized communications that helped employees adopt Workday HCM, Microsoft 365, Teams, ServiceNow and SharePoint during a multi-million-dollar global transformation. Built with HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Camtasia and PowerPoint.
To show my work in a realistic setting without sharing confidential client material, I’ve created two fictional organisations. Harbourline, a financial services firm, is home to my leadership programmes, including AI Ready Leaders and First Line Leaders. Wattlebrook Life, a life insurance company, is where my contact centre and customer service learning is set. Each has its own brand, people and scenarios, so you can see how I’d tailor learning to your organisation.

AI Ready Leaders
Harbourline Leadership Academy
Senior and new leaders | Four interactive modules | 3 to 5 minutes each
A demonstration programme for Harbourline, a fictional financial services firm I created to show my AI-assisted learning design skills.
The challenge
AI is changing how work gets done faster than most leaders can keep up. They're expected to lead the change, decide what to hand over to AI, and protect their people and customers along the way, often without ever having practised any of it.
My approach
Every module drops leaders into a realistic moment where AI raises the stakes: a COO pushing for cost cuts, a team member's AI shortcut, an AI-drafted email about to go out. Learners make the call, see the consequences and get expert feedback on every decision. XP, ranks, badges and a programme passport keep them engaged across all four modules.

Select any module below for a quick look, or try the full programme to experience it as a learner would, with your progress and passport carried from one module to the next.
Leading the AI Shift
A branching scenario. Respond to a COO who wants 30% cost savings from AI while keeping your team's trust and managing the risk.
The Delegation Edge
Sort eight leadership tasks. Keep it human, let AI assist, or hand it to AI?
Conversations That Count
Coach a strong analyst whose AI shortcut put client data at risk, without losing her trust.
Trust, But Verify
Review an AI-drafted email and catch the five problems before your name goes on it.
First Line Leaders
Harbourline Leadership Academy
New team leaders · Four interactive courses · 6 to 15 minutes each
A demonstration programme for Harbourline, a fictional financial services firm I created to show my AI-assisted learning design skills.
The challenge
Most new team leaders are promoted for being great at the job, then left to work out leadership on their own. The first few months decide whether they grow into the role or fall back on doing the work themselves.
My approach
Every course puts new leaders in the moments that test them most: leading former peers, giving honest feedback, and letting go of the old job. Learners practise in safe, realistic scenarios, get expert feedback on every decision, and build a plan they can use on the job. XP, levels and badges keep them coming back.
The courses
The First 90 Days: six two-minute modules with real scenarios and quick challenges, ending with a personal 90-day plan to print and share.
The Job You Got: practise the conversation with Jordan, the colleague who wanted your job. Type your own words and AI plays Jordan, or choose your responses in guided mode.
Feedback That Lands: fix vague feedback, build it piece by piece, and practise taking it well.
From Doing to Leading: sort a full Monday inbox within a 10-hour budget. Do it, delegate it, develop someone, or drop it?
AI on the Line
Wattlebrook Life Contact Centre Academy
Contact centre consultants · Four interactive courses · 5 to 8 minutes each
A demonstration programme for Wattlebrook Life, a fictional life insurer I created to show my AI-assisted learning design skills.
The challenge
AI assistants now listen to calls, suggest answers and write the notes. In life insurance, where customers call about illness, money and loss, consultants need to know when to trust the AI and when to set it aside.
My approach
Every course is built on one idea: AI suggests, people decide. Learners practise real moments with Wren, Wattlebrook's AI assistant, under realistic time pressure. They get expert feedback on every decision, and XP, streaks and badges reward the behaviours that matter.
The courses
Judgement on the Line: a live call simulator. Use, adapt or override Wren's suggestions before the customer is left waiting.
Hear the Whole Customer: spot the signs of vulnerability that Wren's sentiment score missed.
Notes You Can Stand Behind: catch errors in Wren's call summaries before they become the record.
Safe with Data: twelve situations, twelve seconds each. Is it OK?
Calls That Matter
Wattlebrook Life Contact Centre Academy
Contact centre consultants · Two interactive courses · About 45 minutes each
A demonstration programme for Wattlebrook Life, a fictional life insurer I created to show my AI-assisted learning design skills.
The challenge
In life insurance, the hardest calls rarely come with a warning. A customer starting a claim after a death, a family member managing a parent with dementia, a frustrated caller who quietly says they don't see the point anymore. Consultants need to notice what's really going on, respond with care and meet their Code of Practice, privacy and complaints obligations, often all on the same call. Most compliance training covers the rules, but not what to actually say.
My approach
Every course puts consultants on the line with realistic customers and advisers. Learners hear what callers say, choose their replies and watch the caller's trust rise or fall. Branching calls lead to different endings, so learners can replay a call and explore what happens when they handle it differently. Expert feedback on every decision, plus care points, badges and a before-and-after confidence check, keeps learners engaged and shows how much they've grown. A printable call guide and a facilitator guide help team leaders carry the learning onto the floor.
The courses
Supporting Customers Experiencing Vulnerability: tap the words in real-sounding calls that signal someone needs more support, sort helpful and unhelpful phrases, find the right escalation path, then take three live calls with a customer in hardship, a customer at risk and an adviser asking about a client's claim.
Handling Vulnerable Customer Calls Well: learn the CALM call model, practise listening moments like silence and tears, then take three fully branching calls: a widow starting a claim, an angry customer who reveals he's struggling, and a daughter calling for her mother with dementia.
Digital learning and video
Engaging e-learning and video built with industry-leading tools. My work includes Articulate Rise courses, AI-presenter videos in HeyGen and Synthesia, voiceover with ElevenLabs, and screen-based training in Camtasia and PowerPoint. It includes bite-sized communications for a multi-million-dollar global transformation, helping employees adopt Workday HCM, Microsoft 365, Teams, ServiceNow and SharePoint.
