Info Bytes: Boldyn Transformation Video Series

As part of Boldyn Networks' business transformation, I created a series of short AI-presented training videos to help staff and leaders adopt new systems and ways of working. The series covered Workday HCM, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow and SharePoint. Each video focused on one topic and was kept short, practical and easy to watch on any device.

For every video I set the learning outcomes, wrote a scene-by-scene script with on-screen text and visual cues, and paired it with system screen captures and branded Boldyn visuals. I produced each one in HeyGen with an AI avatar presenter, a natural Australian, British or American voice to suit the location of each international audience, captions and a consistent branded template, so the whole series looks and sounds the same.

BTC Leadership Toolkit
This video introduces Boldyn's people leaders to the BTC Leadership Toolkit, the resources they can use to lead their teams through the transformation. It explains what's in the toolkit, when to use it, and how leaders can support their people through change.

**Workday HCM: Absence Management Introduction**
This Info Byte introduces employees to managing absence in Workday HCM. It shows where to find absence in Workday, how to check leave balances and request time off, and what happens once a request is submitted.

Introduction to Microsoft Teams
This Info Byte welcomes staff to Microsoft Teams and explains why Boldyn is making the move. It shows how Teams brings chat, meetings, calls and files together in one place, how it cuts down on long email threads, and what's coming up in the rest of the Teams series.
