Introduction to Workflow Management & Voyager — Operations

Designed and developed an interactive **Articulate Rise** learning experience to introduce Operations teams to workflow management and prepare them for the implementation of **Voyager**, a new internally developed workflow management application.

The course introduced the principles of workflow management, why the organisation was moving to a new way of managing work, and how Voyager would support employees to find, prioritise, track and complete their day-to-day work. It was designed to build understanding and confidence before employees moved into more detailed system and role-based training.

The learning combined **Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Camtasia and AI-generated voiceover** to create an engaging multimedia experience incorporating visual content, demonstrations, short videos and practical examples relevant to the Operations environment.

The course formed part of the broader Voyager implementation learning strategy, providing employees with a consistent foundation for understanding both the new workflow approach and the technology supporting it.
