A Practical Guide for Leaders — Voyager Workflow Implementation

Designed and developed an interactive Articulate Rise learning experience to support leaders during the implementation of Voyager, a new internally developed workflow management application.

The guide focused on the practical role leaders played in embedding the new workflow approach, helping them support their teams through the change, reinforce new ways of working, monitor adoption and address challenges during implementation.

The learning combined Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Camtasia and AI-generated voiceover to create an engaging multimedia experience incorporating visual content, demonstrations, short videos and practical guidance.

Rather than traditional system training, the course was designed as a practical leadership and performance-support resource, giving leaders tools and guidance they could apply with their teams as Voyager was introduced and embedded into day-to-day operations.
