Onboarding Courses for Claims Administrators

I designed and developed a structured onboarding series for Claims Administrators, providing new starters with a clear learning pathway to build their knowledge, confidence and practical capability in the role.

At the time, the organisation did not have access to digital authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline, so I designed and developed the learning experience using PowerPoint. Rather than creating traditional presentation decks, I used PowerPoint and Camtasia as a learning design tool to structure content into engaging, easy-to-follow modules incorporating visual storytelling, process guidance, practical examples, activities and knowledge checks.

The series broke complex claims processes and systems into manageable learning experiences, supported by practical resources that could also be used as on-the-job reference material.
