I'm a Learning & Capability professional and learning designer with 15+ years' experience, including 10+ years in instructional design. I create practical, engaging learning across financial services, life insurance, superannuation, telecommunications, and professional and vocational education.

I specialise in turning complex systems, processes and regulatory requirements into learning that is clear, relevant and easy to apply. My work spans learning strategy, instructional design, digital and facilitated learning, capability development and performance support, much of it in highly regulated environments and major technology change.

I design and build in Articulate Storyline and Rise, create visuals in Canva and PowerPoint, and produce learning video with Camtasia. I'm also a hands-on user of AI in learning design. I use Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to research, design and build learning faster, and create AI-generated video and audio with Synthesia, HeyGen and ElevenLabs, always with expert review to make sure the content is accurate and right for the learner.

I enjoy finding the right solution for the problem, whether that's an interactive digital experience, a branching scenario, a practical job aid or a broader learning pathway. Whatever the format, the goal is the same: helping people build confidence and capability in the flow of work.
